Caveman

by Julius Brussee

A skill that makes your agent terse, plus a proxy that shrinks the large files it reads.

What it does

  • The skill shortens replies: modest measured gain (−8.5% at JetBrains, far below the advertised −65%)
  • The optional proxy shrinks heavy files (CSV, logs, JSON): −33% input tokens over 54 runs, per the repo
  • Designed for technical English: in French the replies become harder to read

! Take the numbers with care: the repo's figure comes from its own tests; JetBrains' independent trial (July 2026) measured less. Measure on your own sessions before keeping it.
