Jev
by TypeSafe AI
The AI taking the US by storm: it doesn't chat, it decides. A choice, a score or a yes/no with its probability, in milliseconds.
View the project →What it does
- You give it a situation (email, command, ticket) and questions: it answers in your format, with no text to parse
- $0.042 per million input tokens, free output, 70 to 500 ms per call (vendor figures)
- Proprietary and API-only: free alternatives exist (Laya, Kev, THX-01), a bit less accurate
! Closed: access goes through TypeSafe's console (waitlist or limited signups depending on the period), OpenRouter or Vercel AI Gateway. The speed and cost figures (“193x faster, 444x cheaper”) come from TypeSafe, which admits it cannot prove its price is unsubsidized. Jev writes no text: it answers with a choice, a score or a yes/no with a probability. “Cannot hallucinate” means it never leaves your format, not that it is always right. On an independent 49-task benchmark it still leads the free alternatives (0.97 accuracy against 0.70 for the best one). Free alternatives: Laya, Kev, THX-01.

2. Explain how to create an account and check current pricing on the official site.
3. Suggest a first concrete use case, step by step.
