Who is responsible?

Matthieu Dutheil, publisher of the hellopixdig.com website and of the @hellopixdig Instagram account, based in Limoges (France).

For any question about your data: [email protected].

On the hellopixdig.com website

The website requires no account and uses no advertising cookies or tracking tools.

Your language choice is stored in your browser (local storage). It is not sent to us.

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical data (IP address, browser) to keep the service secure and working.

To measure traffic, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics: aggregated statistics (page views, country, referrer, device type), with no cookies and no identifier that tracks you across websites.

If you email us, your address and message are used only to reply to you.

Automatic messages on Instagram

When you comment a keyword (for example “outils”) under a @hellopixdig post, an automation connected to Meta's official API sends you a private message with the promised link.

To do so, we receive from Meta: the ID and text of your comment, your Instagram username and a technical ID specific to our account.

When you tap “C'est fait” (“Done”), we check with Meta whether you follow @hellopixdig, only to know whether the link can be sent to you.

This data is used only to answer your request. It is never sold, used for advertising or for profiling.

We do not read your other messages, your followers or your posts.

For how long?

The automation's technical log (which contains this data) is deleted automatically after 14 days at most.

The conversation stays visible in your Instagram inbox until you delete it.

Who do we share it with?

Meta (Instagram), which provides the platform and messaging, and Cloudflare, which hosts the website and the secure connection to our server. No other recipient.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its processing or to object to it, by writing to [email protected].

You can also file a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL, cnil.fr).

Delete your data

Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my data” and include your Instagram username.

We delete the data about you within 30 days at the latest and confirm the deletion by email.

You can also delete your conversation with @hellopixdig in Instagram at any time.
