Coucou
by Louis Raillé
A tiny mascot in your Mac's notch that watches your coding agents and lets you approve them in one tap.
View on GitHub →What it does
- Tracks Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI, OpenCode, Hermes… live and handles permissions (Allow / Deny)
- iPhone app (TestFlight beta: Live Activity, Face ID); Windows, Linux and Android (build from source) too
- No telemetry, no account; code is MIT, but the name and Mochi are reserved
! Windows installers are unsigned (SmartScreen warns). Coucou installs hooks into your agents' config (with backup and diff): check before accepting. Very recent project (late September 2026), very active.
