Install JetBrains' Mellum 2.1 Thinking model locally.
1. Check how much memory is available (GPU and RAM): the Q4_K_M version needs about 8 GB.
2. Check that Ollama is installed; if it isn't, ask me before installing it.
3. Run: ollama run hf.co/JetBrains/Mellum2.1-12B-A2.5B-Thinking-GGUF:Q4_K_M
4. Ask it a test question and show me its answer, reasoning included (<think> tags).
