What it does

5B model at 720p/24 fps that fits a consumer GPU
14B variants for quality, plus character animation and speech-driven video
Apache-2.0 weights, natively supported in ComfyUI

Install it

Requirements: Linux, Python, PyTorch with CUDA; ComfyUI or Wan2GP is the easiest route.

Clone the repository

git clone https://github.com/Wan-Video/Wan2.2.git

Install dependencies

cd Wan2.2 && pip install -r requirements.txt
